Our wine bar on the first floor seats 50–55 guests and is fully equipped: private cloakroom, restrooms, projector, flip chart, Wi-Fi, and audio. Perfect for an intimate dinner, drinks, or a private dining experience.
For larger events, the entire brasserie can be utilized, accommodating from 100 to approximately 300 guests. Our spacious terrace, directly on the water, and the flower garden provide a breathtaking backdrop for any event:

Meeting at the Vecht
The ideal meeting location near Maarssen — with a view of the water
Our wine bar on the first floor, overlooking the harbor and the Vecht, is the ideal meeting location for training sessions, lectures, presentations, and workshops. An inspiring environment where productive meetings and enjoyment come together.
The room is fully equipped with a projector and screen, flip chart, and of course Wi-Fi. Everything to ensure your meeting or presentation runs smoothly.

Whether you are coming to brainstorm with a small team or organizing a larger gathering — the wine bar adapts to your wishes:

Meeting Packages
In terms of content, almost anything is possible.
From a platter of fresh fruit or various pastries during the meeting to a 4, 5, 6, or 7-course walking dinner menu.
Of course, you can also choose from our regular menu or create your own menu.
From 'standard' finger food, crudités, nuts, olives, cubes of aged cheese, or assorted canapés, to a hot and cold buffet. Formal, with, for example, linen-covered tables, or informal with a mix of cozy seating areas and standing tables.

The Conservatory
— intimate dining with a view Our conservatory offers a warm, light-filled atmosphere with views over the Vecht and the green nature reserve of Oud Zuilen. Ideal for groups of up to approximately 35 people. During the day, the space is bathed in daylight; in the evening, candles and mood lighting create an intimate ambiance.
The Wine Bar
— Dining with flair On the first floor, overlooking the harbor and the Vecht, the wine bar accommodates 10 to 55 guests. With its own bar, cloakroom, and restrooms, this space is completely self-contained. We adapt the layout to suit your evening — from one long banquet table with linen tablecloths to an informal mix of round tables and seating areas.

What makes Brasserie Oud Zuilen special as an event venue is its flexibility. The spaces can be used individually or in combination, giving each event its own character:
Entire venue — up to 300 guests. For major occasions, we utilize everything: terrace, brasserie, conservatory, and wine bar. Your guests move freely between the spaces, each with its own atmosphere and function. From drinks on the terrace, through dinner in the brasserie, to the party in the wine bar.

BBQ by the Vecht
Wood-fired BBQ on our waterside terrace
There are few places where a BBQ tastes as good as here. On our terrace overlooking the Vecht, surrounded by hydrangeas and the flower garden, we fire up the OFIR grill and our chefs show what is possible with open fire, good ingredients, and craftsmanship.
Not just an ordinary barbecue, but a culinary experience in the open air — with the Vecht as a backdrop and the evening sun.
For every group — from team outings to anniversaries
Our BBQ is available for groups from 20 people up to large events with 200 guests on the entire terrace. Ideal for a summer company party, team outing, business event, anniversary, or simply a big party with friends and family.
Combine the BBQ with pre-dinner drinks, live music on the terrace, or a wine tasting in the wine bar. We are happy to help you plan the details.
